If you are a professional expat who needs a midterm setting around Zurich before renting your own apartment, The Swiss Villa may be the perfect solution for you.

Out villa is located on a quiet residential street in the prestigious Zurichberg neighborhood. The house was built in the 1919, is newly remodeled and comes with several unique design features.

Altogether, 3 bedrooms--each comes with its own private bathroom--are being rented out. The huge living and dining room (120 sqm) is a great place to chat with the other guests, or read from our selection of newspapers and magazines. The large private backyard off the living room allows you to sit out and have a BBQ or enjoy a glass of wine. The yard also features a charming pavilion with a fireplace.

If you wish to cook yourself, you are welcome to use our extensively equipped kitchen, which includes two steamer ovens, a regular oven, a microwave oven, and a teppanyaki griddle.

Despite its perfectly quiet location, the house is conveniently located just steps from a tram station (Toblerplatz), two tram lines and a bus line. Within a 10 minutes tram ride you‘ll be at Bellevue square at the lake, or Zurich main train station, and the Bahnhofstrasse (Zurich's main shopping street). The zoo with its famous Masoala Rain Forest hall and the wood with many jogging trails are just three tram stops away.

The owners (a Swiss couple, well-traveled) and their Golden Retriever dog live in the house as well.
