Am Schalter ist das Personal nicht immer sehr zuvorkommend.

Well. Where do I start? If you're a foreigner, forget about this branch. And Credit Suisse overall I would even say.
- They couldn't handle properly a longer-than-usual family name.
- They couldn't handle properly our being "US persons"
- It took over 2 hours to open a basic account.
Within a month of opening the account and after we provisionned it:
- They blocked it for several weeks because of paperwork issues with our family name and US person status, forcing us to use our foreign cards and incur transaction fees (amounted to hundreds of dollars for us)
- They failed to execute an important payment order, without notifying us and we only found out after getting access to the E-banking
- When I called them to expose my grievances (including a detail of the aforementioned foreign transactions fees) and ask if they would consider a gesture such as waiving the credit card fee for a year, I was told "we are sorry but this is not how we do business"
Well they won't be doing business with me at all.
By comparison, dealing with UBS was a breeze, all wrapped up and functional after a 1h meeting with a banker.
