Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment. Mir fehlt nur einansprechpartner/ Rezeption im Gebäude

The stay itself is very comfortable. Everything was clean. They have everything you need while traveling and staying a little longer. The living room has a small couch to sit, a TV as well as a dinner table. The kitchen in the living room has a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher. You can do small cooking, more heating things up. The plates can't be used in the microwave but they have a bowl for heating things up. In the 2 bedroom apartment just one of the bed rooms has a TV. The beds are comfortable to sleep. I would stay there again.

We booked a Senior 2 Bedrooms apartment for family long due holiday, We have requested a quite apartment (not next to train station) as one corner of this building is next to high-speed train lane. On our arrival from London to Zurich, As we entered into the apartment, we were surprised and Shocked that they have allocated us a studio room with only one Double bed. We were with two teenage children. 
On our call to Zurich office , they admitted that they have made a mistake but they cant do much, As they don't have any 2 bedroom senior apartment. Upon various calls to Poland (call centre) and Zurich , they managed to allocate us 2 bedroom mini apartment. It was so tiny and disgusting and so much noise as we could not sleep all night. It is like we are sleeping on the station platform. Beds are horribly uncomfortable, things are falling apart (broken) in apartment.

They have ruined our holidays. I would urge everyone please please don't book this place or any vision apartments, The picture you see online are fake and their whole booking system is flawed.

Overall it's modern and new apartments with good location - it has it's own train stop - two stops away from Zurich HB. A bit overpriced for its services (lack of them). Nobody cleaned the apartment during the stay (5 days, 4 nights), no towel and linen change.
No tablets for dishwasher, no soap and sponge to wash the dishes and self clean the kitchen.
Climate system was not responding properly, it was very hot and with dry air even on minimal settings.
