This is a nice, inexpensive apartment (well, for Zurich standards anyway). the building feels really, really old, but the room must have recently been renovated. I hadn't found a way to crank down heating though and needed to resort in keeping the window open to have a decent temp.

On the positive side; This place is very central and fairly affordable for Zürich standards. On the con, my room was very small and quite dated. Also all services are at the Fifa hotel a few hundred meters down the road.

very low value for the money.
This is this typical place where you say : "Not bad, but if I had known...". 
1- Checkin/Check out is one tram station away. So provision for the extra time of travel
2- Three story building, no elevator. S, for a long stay, with heavy luggage, it's quite a challenge. 
3- No fitness room. Not a problem if you take your luggage up and down a few time, it should be enough exercise 
4- No service on site. Breakfast is good but ... one tram station away.
5- Kitchenette is okay, but ventilation os low, so avoid butter-in-pan type of food. Onion and Garlic too. Strong Cheese as well. Go for veggies and dry food. No need for fitness then
6- No A/C.
7-Towels are supplied, but quite minimalist. Which is a problem with all the sweat triggered by stairwell stepping and lack of A/C
8- TV with heavy greenish screen, and basic Swiss-German channels. All green.
apart from that, clean and functional. Reminded me of my student room... for much more money...

Wonderful and quiet place, surprisingly spacious and beautiful interior design.

I have stayed there ~5 times, and keep coming back. 

The rooms are small, but efficient. Each has a bed which folds up to the wall (AKA Murphy bed). Each has a kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, stove, cutlery, etc). The maid service cleans your dishes too. Free wifi these days. You need to do checkin + checkout at the Ascott Hotel, which is 2 blocks away. Usually I take the train from airport to Enge station. Cross the street to Ascott. Then walk the 2 blocks to Drei Koenige. So it's not even out of the way.

PRO - One time I got bumped up to the penthouse, which was quite nice + spacious.
CON - near a church, whose bells ring in the morning. I sleep in earplugs, and no longer notice. They were doing construction on the first floor apts in Jan. But hopefully that's over now, with nicer rooms.
