TalkTalk AG is a provider of telecommunications services (fixed, mobile, internet, hardware) to individuals and small businesses in Switzerland and Austria.

All TalkTalk customers in Switzerland and Austria always call each other for free.

TalkTalk was originally founded by the current management as N Tel Com GmbH in 1999. The company has been consistantly profitable since 2001.

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We are continually striving to improve our service. The customer advisors manning our hotline are competent employees who are happy to answer your questions in four different languages (German, French, Italian, English).

Our main goal is to offer our customers the best tariffs. We also pass on any price advantages to our customers and are thus able to reduce our tariffs regularly.

Even when our customers enjoy the benefits of several TalkTalk products, they receive just one bill per month. This way, it is easy to keep track of everything and avoid unpleasant surprises.
