Ich besuche dieses Restaurant seit 1986!
Den Wandel von Sayonara in Soave habe ich miterlebt in allen Details. Es hat schlichthin einen sehr guten Ruf in Lugano.
Wir gehen z. B. speziell nach Weihnachten mit Verwandten aus Basel (7-10 Pers.) essen.
Beste Erfahung in allem, jedes Jahr!!
Ich selbst koche seit 30 Jahren und kann dieses Restaurant jedem empfehlen.

Centralissimo, per pranzi buoni è abbastanza rapidi, lo consiglio. Prezzi in linea con i locali in zona

Locale accogliente, cibo sufficiente. Pizza poco digeribile, primi molto conditi.

Racism - Never recommend and bad listed

We were asian and can speak very fluent English. At the time when we entered the restaurant, there were 10-15 empty tables (and most of them were not reserved). We told the staff we wanted a table for three, they brought us to the furthest table away from the entrance and it was just next to the toilet. We waited patiently the menu but to no avail. We walked down the aisle and asked the staff if we can change our seats but they claimed the tables were all "reserved" and we asked actively for the menu. We waited another 10mins for the staff to come to take our orders but it seemed no staff were aware of us. We felt being isolated because they placed us in a table that no staff could really see us even if we waved our hands. We started to realise that was a signal of racial discrimination and decided to leave. When the staff saw us leaving, she looked very indifferent and turned around like she hadn't seen us. We were very disappointed of her manner in treating a customer and we believe this kind of behaviour couldn't be tolerated. The worst experience we had in Lugano!
