Mono Yoga is about exploring our sensations through movement. By letting our breath guide us from one pose to the next we become aware of our mind and body with the immediate result of happiness, lightness, creativeness and freedom.
Michelle Badrutt is a Hatha Yoga 500hr certified teacher and has followed a year introductory course of Iyengar Yoga in Bern with Wilfrid Schichtl, as well as a training in Strala Yoga with Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor, and Yin Yoga with Arely Torres. Her classes are based on Hatha Yoga with strong Strala influences which focus on the movement rather than the pose, enjoying the process following our breath-body connection.
