Übersetzt von Google Ich möchte Franciscans International für die Hilfe danken, die sie uns hier in Kenia gegeben haben. Um die Wahrheit zu sagen, bevor ich die Mitglieder von Franciscans im Genfer Büro kennenlernte und mit ihnen interagierte, verstand ich nicht, was von uns erwartet wurde. Wir waren es Ich habe einfach einzelne Geschichten geschrieben, was wir gesehen haben, und sie an das Büro geschickt. Ich erinnere mich, dass einer der Brüder aus dem Büro einmal über Skype mit mir sprach, es war sicher Chaos und ich lachte über mich selbst, woraufhin er einen Fragebogen an schickte Ich frage, mit wem wir zusammenarbeiten usw. Ich erinnere mich nicht einmal, was wir geantwortet haben Damals wurden uns Leute geschickt, die uns darin schulen sollten, wie wir die aktuellen Herausforderungen unserer Mitarbeiter reflektieren und verstehen und wohin wir sie lenken können. Was UPR bedeutet und wie man sich für MENSCHENRECHTE einsetzt und warum wir hart daran arbeiten sollten, Menschenrechte zu fördern und zu schützen. Als Franziskaner sollten wir mit dem Menschenrechtsprogramm der Vereinten Nationen zusammenarbeiten. Was Franciscan International bedeutet. Wir wurden durch mehrere Seminare geführt und von da an begann ich härter zu arbeiten und interessierte mich mehr für die Arbeit von Franciscans International. Ich danke Gott, dass ich jetzt Experte bin und das Team mit Zuversicht führen kann . Meine Botschaft an FI lautet, wenn Sie ein neues Projekt beginnen, stellen Sie sicher, dass die Leute genau wissen, was von ihnen verlangt wird. Nochmals vielen Dank, dass Sie uns diese edle Arbeit anvertraut haben, und mögen Sie gesegnet sein und alles, was Sie für Gott und sein Volk tun. Sr. Venantius Munee L.S.O.S.F Kasarani Nairobi Kenia Original I would like to thank the Franciscans International for the help they have given to us here in Kenya.To tell the truth before I came to know and interact with members of Franciscans in Geneva office I did not understand what was expected of us.We were just writing individual stories, what we saw happening and sending it to the office.I remember one time when one of the Brothers from the office talking to me through skype for sure it was chaos and I laughed at myself after which He sent a questionnaire to me asking whom we are working with etc I don't even remember what we answered It was then when we were send people to train us to how to reflect,and understand contemporary challenges faced by our people and where to channel them. What UPR means and how to work for HUMAN RIGHTS and why we should work hard to promote and protect Human Rights.As Franciscans should work with United Nation Human Rights Programme. What Franciscan International means.We where taken through several seminars and it is from there I started working harder and I became more interested with the work of the Franciscans International.I thank God now I am expert and I am able to lead the Team with confidence. My massage to FI is that when you begin a new project make sure that the people know exactly what is required of them.
