Fit&Fab offers yoga and strength training to groups or private clients, as well as nutritional advice. We can also provide coaching for specific goals, e.g. to prepare for a race, to lose weight, etc.
I have always been passionate about sports. Starting out as a gymnast at an early age, I moved on to running, skiing and windsurfing. I was a regular at the gym for many years, until I discovered road racing in 2009 and have been biking up the Swiss mountains ever since.
Yoga came into my life in 2010 and at 2016 I decided to do 200-hour teacher training, so I could share my passion with others.
Along with my credits I am also a Schwinn Spinning Instructor Bronze level (2008), a Personal Trainer (2015), and have a certificate in Human Nutrition from Lausanne University (2011)
I have been giving classes (boot camp, Pilates, strength) since 2008.
My classes are taught in small groups (not more than 5-6people) so I can give my full attention to each and every participant in my group, helping them to make progress safely at their own pace
Today I offer the following classes:
Monday: Yoga Hatha/Vinyasa flow - intermediate level,
Tuesday: Core and Strength – a class in which I work a lot with athletic rubber bands, balancing balls and body weight, to strengthen and tone the body.
Friday: Soft yoga – for anyone who wants or needs a softer approach (e.g. back problems, bad knees, arthritis.)
I also have private clients that want to:
- Improve/deepen their yoga practice,
- Prepare for a race on the bike or on your feet
- Get help to eat healthy, lose weight, to get stronger and fitter
