WHAT IS MUN?"Academic simulation of United Nations that aims to educate participants about current events, topics in international relations, diplomacy and the United Nations agenda."

Geschichte

1. To promote, defend and make widely known and understood international affairs and United Nations liaison materials and information;
2. To teach and instruct members to be Model Ambassadors and to offer a level of confidence in members on the art of public speaking and Model United Nations protocol and procedure
3. To promote the participation of EHL students in Model United Nations Conferences around the world and in Switzerland involving the entire student body and participating facult
4. To host a simulation per annum that offers education of the United Nations and world affairs to students of college age which shall be known as the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne Model United Nations
5. Host at least one an EHL only conference to be called MiniMUN to act as preparation for and training for other activities.
6. To develop and determine policy and programs that reflects the concerns and ideas of the members.
