This is Lugano’s only CrossFit which is also the only one in this southern area of Switzerland except for their smaller ‘South’ location which is 20 minutes away in the industrial town of Stabio. The gym is located a few km from the lake which is a nice walk up the river. The gym has a nice open space with large floor to ceiling doors that open to let the breeze in. The front desk and lounge shares the space with an olympic lifting only area that has a few platforms and a few racks. In the main section the floor plan is open with a pull up rig in one corner. Saturdays are usually longer metcons or partner workouts, just make sure you reserve your spot as it fills up. You’ll want to get into an early class so you can head down to a Lido and grab your spot and a Spritz.
