Geschichte

The Buskers Festival is being staged now for the twelfth time. Music has also been performed in the ONO for twelve years, but beneath the floor. Buskers Bern brings it out into the light. We make a shared dream come true, that one of culturally enriching the city.

Bern comes alive as a place with discoveries to make. The lower historic district pulsates with Buskers Bern. It takes lots of passionate willpower and know-how to make those sedate sandstone walls vibrate.

The Buskers Festival is a village festival in the middle of the city, an urban carnival full of sounds, voices and scents – a festival with an international flair, which draws audiences from near and far, gathering them in the lanes to form a surging sea of people.
