Hi, I am your host Philipp. I have created this site to help you finding an affordable place to live in St. Gallen.

Having faced a similar situation of high rent prices while studying in London, I wanted to create more affordable accommodation options for students & young professionals. Now, after relocating to Switzerland, this venture has grown to more than 40+ rooms over the last 7 years.

Due to the different locations and room sizes we offer a wide variety of rooms for prices as low as 359,- CHF per month which already include all utilities and internet.

All rooms are rented out on an “individual lease” that means that you don’t have to pay a higher rent to cover for other rooms in the flat if they become empty like it is usually the risk with the common “joint leases” or “sub leases” which many such tenants find out later as a bad surprise. Also I have a lot of experience in dealing with the flatshare (WG) model so will always try to find a fair and transparent solution allowing you to focus on what is important for you.
