Weiningen is a municipality in the district of Dietikon in the canton of Zürich in Switzerland, located in the Limmat Valley (German: Limmattal).GeographyWeiningen has an area of 5.4km2. Of this area, 32.5% is used for agricultural purposes, while 38% is forested.
