W VERBIER INSTAGRAM CONTEST

Terms & Conditions:
1. This contest is organized and conducted by W Verbier.
2. This contest commences at 6 PM (CET) on 03.07.2017 and ends at 6 PM on 31.08.2017 (CET).
3. The price is a 1-night stay at W Verbier incl. breakfast this winter (valid from 01.11.17 until 31.05.18, upon availability - blackout dates may apply). The winner must contact [email protected] to obtain his/her prize. No exchanges or cash redemption possible.
4. The Contest is only open to entrants who are at least eighteen (18) years of age as at the date of their entry into the Contest.
5. In order to be able to participate in the Contest, each entrant will be required to post a photo of a Verbier view with hashtag #wverbierbeach and mentioning the official hotel account @wverbier on Instagram. All users may only participate once and multiple entries to the Contest shall be deemed void.
6. Every two weeks, W Verbier will select a photo for the two previous weeks and publish the winning photo on Facebook. On the 31/08/2017, W Verbier will publish the 4 photos (in total), followers will be able to vote for their favorite photo of the month by liking their favorite photo. The photo which receives the most likes wins the contest.
7. The winner will be announced via comment on Facebook on 31.08.2017 and needs to contact the hotel via Facebook Direct Message or by email to [email protected] within 7 days after the announcement.
8. Entries that violate Facebook guidelines, Swiss law and or the copyright will excluded from the competition without notice.
9. The use of any automated software or multiple accounts is prohibited.
10. W Verbier reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, in particular if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond W Verbier’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
11. By entering this contest, you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any or all liability in connection with this contest.
