Ich hatte ein kleines Problem mit dem eingebauten Keller. Ich rief an und das Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Ihr Kundenservice ließ mich mehr lieben. Es ist eine Investition, aber es lohnt sich absolut. Original Absolutely the finest craftsmanship and best built products on the market. My cabinet and my built in cellar work I've had both over the years are beautiful pieces of furniture that have worked as advertised. I did have one small issue with the built in cellar. I called and the issue was solved immediately. Their customer service made me love them more. It's an investment, but it's totally worth it.

Das Gerät lief fast 5 Jahre lang einwandfrei und das in unserer extremen Wüstenregion Phoenix, das spricht für das Produkt. Aber nach 4,5 Jahren fiel der Kompressor aus. Leider passiert das nicht bei jedem System, aber es kommt vor. Meine Bewertung bezieht sich an dieser Stelle nicht auf das Produkt, als Produkt würde ich ihm 5 Sterne geben. Auch hier ist es nicht wirklich das Produkt der Vinothek. Tecumseh ist ein bewährter Hersteller von Geräten und jeder HVAC/R-Typ wird Ihnen sagen, dass es nicht die Geräte sind, die für eine gute Endanwendung sorgen. Die Installation ist der wichtigste Teil. Dass das Produkt fast 5 Jahre ohne Probleme lief, ist ein Beweis für die Erstinstallation. Mein Problem ist mit Vinothek. Als wir uns zunächst mit Vinothek in Verbindung setzten, um uns nach der Kompressorgarantie zu erkundigen, wurde uns gesagt, dass sie keine Garantie von 5 Jahren auf Kompressoren des von uns gekauften Modells anbieten. Als ich ihnen ihre Unterlagen schickte, die wir vom Erstverkauf hatten, die besagten, dass es tatsächlich eine 5-Jahres-Garantie gab, sagten sie, es sei ein Tippfehler ihrerseits, aber sie würden unser Garantie-/Startblatt benötigen, um „uns zu helfen aus". Ihre Garantie einlösen = "helfen Sie uns" ... :/ Wir haben ihnen das Garantie-/Inbetriebnahmeblatt von der Erstinstallation geschickt, das sie nicht mehr hatten. Tippfehler und schlechte Aufzeichnungen... Nachdem sie ihnen das Garantie-/Inbetriebnahmeblatt gesendet hatten, erklärten sie, dass sie Bilder der Installation benötigen würden und dass sie aufgrund der nie überprüften Inbetriebnahme wahrscheinlich Probleme mit der Garantie haben würden. Ich schickte ihnen, was sie brauchten, aber an diesem Punkt gab ich auf ... Als mir klar wurde, dass das Spiel, das sie spielten, den Prozess verzögerte und uns bei unserem Kunden in eine schlechte Position brachte. Am Ende des Tages buchstäblich an diesem Tag kauften wir einen neuen Kompressor und installierten ihn für unseren Kunden mit Verlust. KEINE SORGE FÜR DEN KUNDEN NACH DEM VERKAUF UND WIRD KEINE GARANTIE EINHALTEN. DESHALB KEIN GUTES PRODUKT UND EIN NOCH SCHLECHTERES UNTERNEHMEN! Original I will concur with other negative reviews of this company. We purchased the WhisperKool Platinum Split 8000 system for a client. We installed the system and performed the warranty start up sheet as required to gain the industry standard 2 year parts and 5 year compressor warranty. This is an industry standard warranty. All manufacturers will offer a 5 year warranty on the compressor. Typically you pay extra but if Vinotheque is offering it this way then I would assume they are just tacking the cost onto the consumers initial investment. As was said in another post, this is not their equipment. It is standard equipment with controls they add, and there is nothing wrong with that. As an HVAC contractor we pride ourselves on our quality and expertise of wine room conditioning systems. This system as was stated had a Tecumseh condenser accompanied by Vinotheque's control system attached. The warranty requires you set up their controls and set the refrigerant charge based on their recommendations which are typical industry requirements and standards. Nothing new for us and all of that was done as we have done on thousands of other installations just like it, albeit with other manufacturers equipment. The equipment ran flawlessly for nearly 5 years and in our extreme desert region of Phoenix that says a lot for the product. But after 4.5 years the compressor failed. Unfortunately this happens, not to every system but it does happen. At this point my review is not for the product, as a product I would give it 5 stars. Again its not really Vinotheque's product though. Tecumseh is a tried and true manufacturer of equipment and any HVAC/R guy will tell you its not the equipment that makes for a good end use. The install is the most important part. Being that the product ran without issue for nearly 5 years without issue is a testament to the initial installation. My problem is with Vinotheque. When we initially contacted Vinotheque to enquire about the compressor warranty we were told they don't offer warranties of 5 years on compressors of the model we purchased. When I sent them their paperwork that we had from the initial sale that stated it did indeed have a 5 year warranty they then said it was a typo on their part but that they would need our warranty/start up sheet in order to "help us out". Honoring your warranty = "help us out"... :/ We sent them the warranty/start up sheet from the initial install that they no longer had. Typos and poor record keeping... After sending them the warranty/start up sheet they then stated that they would need pictures of the installation and that due to the start up having never been reviewed they would probably have issue with the warranty. I sent them what they needed but at this point I gave up... Realizing the game they were playing was delaying the process and was putting us in a poor position with our client. At the end of the day literally, that day we ended up purchasing a new compressor and installing it for our client at a loss. NO CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER AFTER THE SALE AND WILL NOT HONOR WARRANTY. THEREFORE NOT A GOOD PRODUCT AND AN EVEN WORSE COMPANY!
