The Master of Advanced Studies in Humanitarian Logistics and Management is a part-time executive program for humanitarian professionals.

The Master of Advanced Studies in Humanitarian Logistics and Management is a part-time executive master program designed for humanitarian professionals.

Students attend 6 blocks in Lugano, Switzerland. Blocks 1 - 5 run for 7 consecutive days. Block 6, the final session, is 12 days and includes thesis defense and graduation. The entire program takes 1 year to complete. This format allows participants to earn their master's degree while still working full time.

Courses include: Supply Chain Management, Process & Project Management, Lean Six Sigma, Strategic Management, Project Strategy & Scenario Planning, Project Development, Delivery of Humanitarian Assistance, Optimization, Disaster Risk Reduction, Introduction to Humanitarian Action.

New classes will cover: Procurement, Security, Legal Aspects of Humanitarian Action, Fundraising, Monitoring & Evaluation, Needs Assessment and Crisis Information Management.
