Mr. Max Herve George was a totally nice, kind and welcoming guy to me and my husband. We went there for the alec show and after to bagatelle for dinner (by the way amazing taste). It was awesome. The hotel is amazing just a piece of art, what makes it more beautiful is his whole staff. They are motivated and they are creating a good atmosphere. We will recommend it to our friends from all over the world. Thank you for the great evening Mr. George and his whole staff! Kind regards Diana and Georgi Kolarov

The three chalets are very unassuming – you might pass them without noticing. Which would be a shame, since they're discreet, but beautiful, almost like the village of Gstaad itself. The attention to detail in the eleven suites and six serviced residences is probably unmatched in Gstaad – or anywhere else for that matter. There's a staff of 60 in the off-season and of 100 in peak-season for 30 or so guests … What I possibly liked most: Ultima Gsaad feels, despite the high standard of its offerings, effortless and easy – that's real luxury for you.

J'ai eu le plaisir de visiter l'hôtel et ses somptueuses chambres qui ressemblent plus à des appartements qu'à des chambres. J'ai été littéralement bluffée par tant d'élégance et d'harmonie dans la déco. Tout est mis en oeuvre pour mettre la clientèle en mode ZEN. En réponse à un avis posté par un certain lionel et pour lequel je ne suis absolument pas d'accord, c'est sur le restaurant. Il est tip-top , les plats sont excellents depuis qu'un nouveau chef est arrivé. Avant on y trouvait que des plats italiens rien de bien original. Alors que désormais on y découvre d'autres plats gastronomiques avec une French touch . Je recommande vraiment cet établissement à toutes les personnes ayant du goût pour les belles et bonnes choses. merci à l'équipe pour l'accueil et la disponibilité de chacun

Je n'ai pas séjourné à l'hôtel, mais j'y ai mangé et j'ai pu visiter les chambres. Le restaurant est bien, mais sans plus pour ce type d'établissement et au regard des prix pratiqués. Les chambres sont par contre exceptionnelles : spacieuses, décorées avec goût, des matériaux de qualité et un équipement complet (plusieurs iPad sur les murs, produits de toilette de marque Hermès, j'en passe et des meilleures). Le spa propose un jacuzzi intérieur et extérieur à l'ambiance feutrée.
