As a start baking is about sourcing the right ingredients, experimenting, creativity and giving yourself permission to be self-indulgent without guilty feelings. Yet my baking is a lot more than gluten-free and sugar-free. It is about mindful eating, it is about the experience of savouring food. From the first look and the first bite, to enjoy the experience in the right atmosphere and with the right people, or all by yourself when you are celebrating a personal success or just something you have achieved in your day.
