Travelling the world and studying self healing methods for many years and working on myself to find inner peace, searching for the meaning of life, self-healing the unconscious and unlearning the limiting beliefs cannot be expressed with a series of diplomas and certifications.
If it needs to be expressed in words I am a Health Transformation Expert, Certified Hypnotist, Nutrition Expert, Reiki and Yoga Master. I have been coaching clients all over the globe on health and lifestyle changes for over 20 years.
After my own personal journey from being a single mother of 3 children and running my own business while going through a painful divorce, burn out and overcoming incredible challenges in my life, I am passionate about helping others use more of their potential to create the life of their dreams.
In 1996 I decided to travel to India where I stayed and lived for a total of 7 years and found deep healing in Tantra and Yoga. There I found my calling to help and support especially women how to get out of states like depression, guilt-tripping, post-traumatic stress, weight-issues, emotional struggles and sexual problems.
I was teaching Yoga, recommending a healthy diet and giving hundreds of Reiki treatments to women and children as volunteer work nearby Calcutta and out in the West Bengal villages.
How to overcome past painful experiences and live a healthy and happy life, I am also dedicated to help you reach your goal.
I have a highly intuitive ability to uncover the subconscious patterns of blockage in the body, heart and mind. My clients get to experience the erasing of the real cause of the suffering and they enjoy profound and positive lifestyle changes.
I combine the tools that i have learnt and experienced on myself and that with only one goal: to uncover the real causal factors that create the obstacles, painful experiences, suffering, misfortune that one can encounter in life.
I am very authentic and I adore helping others claim their power back. I will help you access your inner wisdom so you can heal on all levels and be their in abundance.
