The Swiss Midland Pipe Band brings traditional Scottish Pipe Band music to Central Switzerland

Geschichte

The Swiss Midland Pipe Band brings traditional Scottish Pipe Band music to Central Switzerland. It is a member of the Pipe Band Association of Switzerland (PBAS), an affiliated member of the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association. Whether for a wedding, birthday, corporate event or Military Tattoo, we can offer various options, ranging from a Solo Piper to the full band line-up. On several occasions the Band has been invited to take part in the prestigious “Tattoo on Stage” in the Culture and Congress Concert Hall (KKL) in Lucerne. It also regularly takes part at national and international competitions and has achieved many successes (e.g. Swiss-Champions 2004 and 2009). We also teach beginners, all Piping and Drumming Students being taught in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association.
