Gemological Experience & design
Suelle Harts is a Dutch/Brazilian Jewellery designer who lives in Zurich. She is a genuinely passionate gemologist who loves to be among precious gems, understanding and feeling the natural wonders. Suelle has lived in various countries in South America Due to her father’s profession in the minefields; Suelle has been in contact with gemstones since a very young age. This led to her developing a great admiration for precious gemstones. Her true passion for gems resulted in a very honourable sequence of geological graduation degree in Europe and even owning her gemological lab at the tender age of 26 years old.
Suelle, at one point of her career, struggled by not being able to share the beauty and uniqueness of gems. She decided to extend her career to the design level and gained more skills such as polishing and finishing the gems into ornamented jewellery with gems. Finally, it was possible to share those fascinating creations by God with others. After a lot of hard work and determination, Suelle has accomplished her ultimate dream: creating on her natural way a link between people and natural gems as a jewellery designer.
