Some of the most arrogant women working here! You can’t walk around with a chip on your shoulder all day and expect international English speaking business people not to notice how your Mgt is running this Starbucks location. Geneva itself has very arrogant rude people walking around and honestly it’s an epidemic of people bumping into you they don’t excuse themselves and the drivers in this city will run you over & not blink an eye! And why ~~~~ out of Control immigrants coming from every third world country bringing their rudeness and expectations of handouts ~ You can see this permeate every single business here with their favorite phrase “ it’s not possabooo” aka “it’s not possible “ When will Starbucks quit hiring these hyper feminist arrogant females who walk around like The floated down from heaven . I’ve never heard any Geneva Starbucks associate at this location ever say thank you or sorry or have a nice day ~ The French language & culture is one of the rudest I’ve ever encountered and it’s definitely on full display in Geneva Switzerland with Rude associates who rarely clean the bathrooms never smile and have 0 reasons to act this way when business needs kindness to survive!! I notice how Europe ignores customer service quality but someone needs to care especially concerning the cultural rudeness amongst females working in business ~ They’re Rude and it’s because of a Hyper aggressive feminist culture that doesn’t belong in business period Suggestions Smile a lot more make sure customers are satisfied instead of providing terrible WiFi and not very friendly staff ~ Business cannot be successful if people running it don’t make sure the customers are happy and stop making people pay for another coffee when they have a gold card ~ I won’t be back until it’s fixed Thank you!

This place used to be great, with cozy comfy armchairs and sofas. Now everything is gone: all furniture has been replaced with uncomfortable benches and stools, clearly to maximize sitting places and reduce loitering - which however was exactly what made Starbucks typical. I was happy to pay the higher prices for food and beverages here in exchange of the comfort and atmosphere, but now I won't go there anymore.
