Starbucks can give you unforgettable moments. Especially if you visit the café at Rue de Romont 3 in Fribourg. Today I was visiting it with my 6 years old daughter and 76 years old mother. I purchased 5 products and 3 of them were not at expected quality. When we were leaving I decided to tell the manager about it. He reacted pretty strange. The man insisted that I was not précised when I was ordering. And then he got mad after I said there is no hope for this place with such a management style. I asked his name. He didn’t tell me. Then I said I would take his picture to identify him. After that something incredible happened. He jumped out from the counter started to scream demanding to delete the photo (which I didn’t even take). When I refused to switch on my phone he grabbed it. And since I didn’t left it the guy pushed me to the floor and being on the top of me continued to pull the phone from my hand. All of these were happening in front of my daughter and other customers. Finally he managed to get it. I was sure he would smash it but fortunately he did not. He actually didn’t know what to do with it. I stand up and asked the coffee shop employees (2 women and 1 man) to call the police. They didn’t. I realized my hand is scratched, my bag is torn, my daughter is shocked. My mother took my phone and gave it back to me. I wanted to go but he said I would not go out before I delete the photo. Then I called the police. Finally I’ve got an advise from the policeman to comply to Starbucks or go to cord. Of course I’m not going to cord. But I’m wondering if paying 6 dollars for cold cappuccino and 4 dollars of a cup of milk foam for my daughter instead of milk I should be beaten?
