Saulcy is a municipality in the district of Delémont in the canton of Jura in Switzerland.HistorySaulcy is first mentioned in 1327 as Sacis.GeographySaulcy has an area of. Of this area, 3.67km2 or 46.7% is used for agricultural purposes, while 3.98km2 or 50.6% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 0.26km2 or 3.3% is settled (buildings or roads).Of the built up area, housing and buildings made up 1.7% and transportation infrastructure made up 1.7%. Out of the forested land, 46.8% of the total land area is heavily forested and 3.8% is covered with orchards or small clusters of trees. Of the agricultural land, 6.9% is used for growing crops and 22.8% is pastures and 16.8% is used for alpine pastures.The municipality is located in the Delemont district.
