Einfach sensationell......!!!!!!

This is a difficult review. Three stars solely because of the service, which was impeccable. Just outstanding. And the chairs...wow. The "outer" experience was perfect. The food however was extremely disappointing. 

We both ordered the full tasting menu. The entire menu was clearly a play of fats/richness against citric acid. This could have been successful, but the balances were very off. So much so that various bites elicited very negative reactions from each of us, if we got the wrong bite. As the meal progressed, it created a hesitance to enter a plate, not knowing where we might go wrong and get hit with an overly strong citric acid flavor.

The highlights was the poussine egg parfait, which was unctuous and delicious. The cheese cart was tremendous. But the other courses just fell short.

Given the special event this was supposed to be, our experience (as far as the food) was extremely disappointing.

Het is een mooi restaurant met zicht op het water. het is een vlotte vriendelijke bediening. Het eten is mooi gebracht .Ze hebben ook een schitterende collectie aan kazen .
Je krijgt bij de koffie ook nog een assortiment met chocolade.
Het is wel prijzig.

Service was excellent. We were greeted and helped with our coats at the entrance. Servers made sure that everything was fine during the meal. The chelf himself also came over to check if we were satisfied with his food. They let us choose the type of butter and even the color of a knife! We had three course meal and the appetizer and the dessert were just perfect. One of the best I've ever had in Geneva. The main dish was a bit disappointing, though. It was by no means bad, actually it was quite ok, but the fantastic appetizer had raised my expectations too much, I guess. After we finished the dessert, they offered us chocolates and other sweets. Also, we could enjoy the nice view of the Leman Lake. Overall, it was very pleasant experience.
