Michael Polzler, CEO and Managing Director of RE/MAX Europe

Born into a family of real estate pioneers who have shaped the industry in Canada, the US and Europe, Michael joined RE/MAX in 1986.

During his time as Regional Director and Executive Vice President of RE/MAX Ontario-Atlantic Canada, Michael has grown the franchise network to over 350 offices and more than 8,800 realtors.

His wealth of knowledge and effective business management allowed him to successfully take over the role of Managing Director of RE/MAX Europe in 2011. Since then he increased the European network to over 20,000 associates. His charismatic leadership paves the way for his vision to change the way real estate is sold in Europe. He is a strong advocate of professionalizing the industry through agent cooperation and innovation.
