Réception médiocre. Des incapables. J attends depuis maintenant un an un rdv pour m expliquer comment bien utiliser les appareils de la salle. Apart les vestiaires très sympas et encore le ménage laisse de plus en plus à désirer. Pub mensongere je m étais abonnée pour aller au cours de pound alors qu en fait la prof ne donnait plus le cours depuis 6 mois mais ni la réception ni le planning ne sont mis à jour

After being subscribed to this gym for 2 years and more, nobody know how but while i was doing my spinning class my watch and money have been stolen from the locker room, without any damage, it's like someone had the key just opened the locker took my watch and cash and left without any problem. The gym didn't assist me at all, they simply hide behind a stupid contract where they say they are not responsible, nothing more. just a letter from the lawyer warning you not to go further. probably I was expecting more from such an expensive gym rather than just say: not our fault get lost. besides this, for more than one year 3 showers out of 5 are always out of service, the Hammam not even to be mention, it's a jackpot when it works. ok it's clean the gym, but when you pay such an amount you expect a bit more than what they give you. I leave it up to you to decide if good or not.

Below average facilities and service could be better. They rip people off with never ending contracts and do not notify customers when year contracts are renewed for another whole year. I personally took a year contract but only used it for 2 months because it did not live up to my expectations. 10 months after I get an invoice to pay the next year. When talking to the customer service department about this I got attitude and acknowledgement that the contracts are sneaky and dishonest. Nonetheless they back up their argument with the tiny letters that were probably in your contract when you initially signed. I can not be the only one with this problem ... they can't call you to ask if you want to renew your contract but will call you imediately when you haven't paid that contract. A bunch of sharks who can not make profits through honest business practices. I definitely do not recommend this organization to anyone in Switzerland.

You'll find everything you need in this gym!
Besides all standard machines, pulleys and aerobic stuff there is a squat rack, stalls, Swiss balls, kettlebells, heavy bags, lot of bars to hang from and plenty of room for deadlifts, handstands and stretching :)
Gym also has hamam, sauna, spacious locker area and 2 studios which seemed to be available unless there is a class.
On top of that, I've found friendly and cool guys behind the counter.
