Geschichte

Ormalingen is a municipality in the district of Sissach, in the canton of Basel-Country in Switzerland.HistoryOrmalingen is first mentioned in 1280 as Normendingen.GeographyOrmalingen has an area, of 6.94km2. Of this area, 3.54km2 or 51.0% is used for agricultural purposes, while 2.6km2 or 37.5% is forested.
