Its taste consists of a floral alpine note, a clear juniper tone, the freshness of citrus fruits married with the pure and fresh Swiss alpine waters.
"Noble White" is the direct translation of Edelweiss, the flower and symbol of the Swiss alps. The noble white flower leontopodium alpinum is well known for its anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidative properties.
Noble White Alpine Gin is distilled in Switzerland by master distiller Urs Streuli.

"Herstellung und Verkauf edler Brände und Gins. Vorzügliche Brände herzustellen, ist eine Leidenschaft, die bei der Familie Streuli seit 1869 zelebriert wird. Qualität hat dabei absolute Priorität. Verwendet werden ausschliesslich Früchte vom eigenen Hof am Zürichsee. Zu Streulis Spezialitäten zählen deshalb vor allem sortenreine Jahrgangsbrände aus alten, beinahe in Vergessenheit geratenen Obstsorten. Destillate dieser Früchte sind auf dem Markt kaum erhältlich. Die Mengen sind je nach Sorte sehr begrenzt, bei einigen stehen nur 1-2 Bäume zur Verfügung."
