Today in Switzerland, there are way too many mums trying to reenter the workforce. These incredible women have talent, work experience, strong skill set and passion, among other qualities. However a lot of them can't succeed. Something is really wrong with this picture. Why it so hard for these women to get a job?

We would like to change that with the mums -and you.
