Worldwide Kids Company is a childcare training and consulting company committed to childcare excellence. As a growing niche business we are often looking for experienced childcare professionals who want to expand their horizons and experience by applying their skills to a new environment with an international team and international children.

If you have a positive, can-do attitude, and enjoy working with children, we would love to hear from you. Knowledge of a foreign language will be an advantage, particularly Russian, French, German or Greek. Our Mediterranean vacancies are usually fixed term contracts for the summer season, which runs April to November. Occasionally we also have other vacancies for childcare roles at resorts and hotels around the world. These jobs are usually permanent contracts.

Full training is given to all staff that will allow you to work towards our City&Guilds accredited ‘International Childcare for Leisure & Tourism’ qualification. This requires successful completion of our training course, and performance evaluations during a minimum 6 months of working in a childcare setting.
