Well it's a really convenient hotel in possibly the best area of the city. It has low prices depending on the rest of Interlaken's hotels and you have your own bathroom (where in Switzerland this is a bit tricky or pricy to find). It has a good pub downstairs that gathers a lot of travelers and stays up till almost midnight. On the cons, I could add that the rooms are relatively small (just a bed and a bathroom) but I didn't had troubles with the cleanliness of the room neither with the noises or the stuff. I think you get exactly what you pay. It's a value for money room, a place to just take a nap and sleep to go out and explore the city and the Alps the rest of the day. Nothing more nothing less. Totally would stay there again.

We had booked this hostel for 4 nights from other website's reviews. We reached there on the 1st day & found this hostel to be in a pathetic condition. There were not enough bathrooms & toilets for all rooms & people. (Imagine 1 bathroom & toilet combined for a dorm of 6 people) There is no kitchen facility as well. They do have a small stupid fridge where stores usually keep redbulls. They have a kettle in which you can boil your water. Coffee costs 2 CHF & that's it, that's their kitchen facility. The staff is rude as hell. Since it was a 4 nights stay & after seeing this pathetic condition, we asked the receptionist to cancel rest of the 3 nights booking. From that moment, he started acting rude to us. In the morning while checking out, I forgot my milk in their so-called fridge. I asked him to open the door & he started shouting on me that he has so much work & he can't open the door in the morning. That's not it. THEY ALSO CHARGED US FOR 1 MORE NIGHT EVEN AFTER CANCELLING REST 3 NIGHTS' BOOKING. Do yourself a favor, don't stay here even if you don't find any other place in Interlaken West.

Buena ubicación, cerca de todo, la habitación es pequeña y poco luminosa, ponia que habia secador pero en la habitación no había, tiene 2 plazas de parking gratis el trato del personal es agradable.
