STAY AWAY!!! I travel to Geneva on average 5 times per year for business and to visit family. I have stayed in hotels and plenty of Airbnb’s. I decided this time that I would try to establish a relationship with a property management company being that my frequent travel and longer than average duration of stay would justify this. What a mistake I made. For one, the company does not provide a phone number to guests using their service. Instead when there’s an emergency they expect you to email them and they will get back to you at their earliest convenience. Weekends are excluded. Secondly, the actual unit they rented out to us was horrific. After the first sleepless night due to the amount of noise, we requested that our unit be changed or we would have to check out. It was like having your window connected to a Los Angeles freeway. They replied that they had no other available units and that they would not let us check out early because it is too difficult to find a new tenant on short notice. So even tho they neglected to inform us of noise issues they felt the problem was entirely on our shoulders. The bedding was horrendous and unit entirely outdated. For 5000 Swiss franks over a 14 day period I expected a lot more and have gotten a lot more from Airbnb and hotels in the city. Then comes the issue with our security deposit. Upon arrival we were required to provide a 1700 franc security deposit. It’s now almost four weeks since having checked out of the unit and the security deposit still has not been refunded. I have attempted to contact the company and each time they tell me they will initiate the transfer on Friday. That was three Fridays ago!! You can also expect replies in French when you email them in English. Now I respect that Geneva is a French speaking city, however, it is one of the most diverse and international cities in the world. You would expect a property management company in a city dealing almost entirely with English speaking businessmen and diplomats would hire someone with basic English skills. Nevertheless, after their most recent promise of another Friday transfer and rather arrogant and rude reply I’ve decided to let my credit card company intervene and deal with the matter.

Worst management ever! No compassion for human beings... It's all about money, money, money! NEVER stay here again and will make sure no one I know does either.
