GEGE SLINGS PROJECT
I have started approaching soft structured carriers during my pregnancy as I have always been a very active mom. When Gege was born i decided to wear him and as I fell in love with baby-wearing, I wanted to leand more about a safe and natural way of carrying him so I have enrolled in "portare i piccoli" training class, one of the leading Italian Babywearing schools....I practice as baby-wearing educator in two cities (one in Italy and one in Switzerland). Beside baby-wearing classes, I have started "Gege Slings project ", with the aim to enjoy myself and to create a carriers which i consider comfortable , durable, nice and safe, starting from beautiful scraps. From the very beginning "Gege Slings" has obtained a great success among moms all over Europe because even though each carrier is a unique and very customised piece, they all meets very high qualitative standards, very close to the industrial ones in features and steams. Wearing babies in carriers allows moms to prolong the magic of kissing the head of their kids…because it is hard to wear babies in wraps after they are three years old. I like to think while I am crating a carrier
