"The front of the shop is full of delicious, hand made chocolate treats to eat, but it' s at the rear of the establishment that real magic happens. Attendees at our regular Chocolate-making Workshops stand around a stainless-steel table, wearing bright red chef's hats and white aprons and, as they receive a grounding of the origin and manufacture of chocolate. Then it is all hands-on, as students are taken step by step through the tempering and creation of the chocolate treat. Members receive a chocolatier certificate and collect their chilled and ready.to-eat chocolate bars one hour later. If you are not full already, you can enjoy our Famous Hot chocolate made from real Swiss chocolate buttons or our very own beers brewed onsite."
