I’m Melitta Campbell and on this page I’ll bring you lots of great tips to help you enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.

Why?

Three years ago I was not in a good place. I was exhausted – even first thing in the morning!

My skin looked tired too – it was dry, dull and looked like crepe paper!

And I was overweight and, well, I was just generally gloomy – which got me down even more lol!

Then I discovered Aloe Vera and all that changed!
