The house includes a big private parking spot (Garage) directly connected to the lift.

Savognin has 80 km of sky slopes, it is a beautiful place for family with children, but also for early 40s couples. During summer, it is a must to try the incredible and funny mountain kart. Mountain biking and Hiking\trekking are really popular and for the type of view you might see, why not giving a try? 
If you are too stressed or too tired, then why don't you relax by the beach of Savognin (Bargnan lake), close to the chair lift making.

Savognin is only 38 km far from Sankt Moritz and half an hour by car from Davos.
if you want to relax go to Bad Alvaneu Therme less than 15 minutes by car or, if you want something special Therme, go to Bad Ragaz Tamina Therme about 50 minutes by car.
If you play Golf go to Alvaneu Golf (15 min by car) or to Lenzerheide and play the famous 18 holes (25 min by car).
