Photoforum Pasquart aims to provide a platform for the visions of a younger generation of artists and photographers. We believe that as much time and space should be dedicated to socially and politically relevant issues as to questions of art.
Each year, Photoforum Pasquart displays up to seven temporary exhibitions of contemporary photography – solo exhibitions by young photographers, thematic group exhibitions and the Prix Photoforum in December/January.
The exhibition programme is accompanied by publications and events, in both physical and digital form. Photoforum Pasquart has over 300 square metres of exhibition space and is part of the Centre Pasquart centre for contemporary art.

Jährlich präsentiert das Photoforum Pasquart bis zu sieben Wechselausstellungen zeitgenössischer Fotografie innerhalb von fünf Zeitabschnitten: Einzelausstellungen von Fotografinnen und Fotografen einer jüngeren Generation sowie thematische Gruppenausstellungen und den Prix Photoforum im Dezember/Januar.
 Das Ausstellungsprogramm wird begleitet von Publikationen und Veranstaltungen im realen sowie digitalen Raum. Das Photoforum Pasquart verfügt über eine museale Ausstellungsfläche von rund 300 m2 und ist Teil des Centre Pasquart, dem Zentrum für zeitgenössische Kunst in Biel.

Chaque année, le Photoforum Pasquart propose jusqu’à sept expositions temporaires de photographie contemporaine en cinq cycles : des expositions individuelles de jeunes photographes mais aussi des expositions thématiques de groupe et le Prix Photoforum en décembre/janvier.
Le programme des expositions est accompagné de publications et de manifestations dans l’espace concret mais aussi digital. Le Photoforum Pasquart dispose d’une surface d’exposition muséale de quelque 300 m2 et fait partie du Centre Pasquart, le centre biennois pour l’art contemporain."Museum dedicated to Swiss and international photography, presenting 5 to 7 original exhibitions per year.Recent projects include exhibitions on the landscape, on Algerian photography, on photography and perfume, on gender and representation, alongside many solo shows of young and mid-career photographers."
