Info Medical Device manufacturing and Tubing fabrication expertise since 1958. Geschichte Unimedwas founded in 1936 as a manufacturer of Hypodermic Needles for medical and dental use. In the year 1958 there was a change in ownership which saw the birth of UNIMED name and the extension of its product range to include a wide variety of special purpose needles, surgical suture needles, adapters and stopcocks. Unimed also offered its customers a new service in the provision of customized components fabricated from small bore stainless steel tubing. This service has been extended continuously since then and examples of Unimed's craftsmanship can be found in demanding applications across a wide range of industries from pharmaceuticals, medical devices laboratories to research. Unimed's reputation has grown steadily and it is now an accepted leader in the provision of this type of miniature component.
