Open classes: Mondays and Wednesdays: 19:45 hr

My yoga classes are vinyasa flow classes and are laid back and fun. We focus on strengthening our bodies and our minds while having a laugh or two along the way. Poses can modified for all levels and beginners are encouraged. Classes include the physical practice, breathing techniques, meditation and aroma therapy.

One on one or small group classes upon request. Classes can also be given in Spanish.

Having worked in high-stress environments myself, I understand the challenges that come with it. Being also a medical doctor I know all too well the toll that stress can take on one's life and thus the quality of life as well. I strongly believe in the transformative power of yoga as a holistic practice that can benefit both mental and physical health. My mission is to make yoga safe and accessible for all.
