Geschichte
If you don't feel happy and "IN ONE" with your Body. With my Experiences in various sports i'd like to help reach the healty Body you d'like to have.

As a Child i did Gymnastics with love. After different injuries i had to Switch to other sports. i trained almost every day for the local athletics Club. I started to run. It was like running away from different Kind of things. I was getting faster and better. After a few years i had to quit Training again because of injuries. Then i had a bad part of life. Was Young and no more Goals i couldn't do what i loved to do. Sport. I tried different Club sports like Volleyball and Handball but nothing made me happy like running. When i past my difficult years i tried to run again. And i was running like forrest Gump. It made me just happy to go out in nature and run. I started some races and reached a Level i never had before. For better strenght i went to the gym 3 times/week. Was getting faster and better again... till the next injuries. I couldn't run anymore. The pain in my legs brought me to the next deepest Point in my life. I just stopped it all and went travelling a lot. Thought about all. Was so Motion penetratet i had to find something else. After Long trips around the hole world i was sitting with my friend Marco and talked about Gyms and Competitions. It was like a Flash thru my brain and i was fascinated to do this. My next Goal: Go on stage with the BESTBODY i ever had. Went to the Lifefitness24.ch and the Journey of my life  has begun. After 3 Month i did my first competition...
