Danielle offers dynamic and heart-centered Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga as well as Meditation and Yoga Nidra classes to groups and individuals.
Danielle has been practising Yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 10 of those years. She loves to share her personal and heart centred approach to others looking either to begin or delve deeper into yoga practice.
Developing mindfulness, focus, flexibility, strength, and balance, as well as compassion for ourselves and others are at the center of her Teaching.
Danielle teaches in English and German.
