Geschichte

Ten person chalet in the village of Morgins, in the massive Portes du Soleil ski area on the Swiss/French border (the village boasts a couple a supermarkets, restaurants, bars and all the other amenities, and is 1hr30 drive from Geneva airport). The chalet is 500m from the main ski-lift, and the same distance from the centre of the village, and there is a free ski-bus which stops right outside.

Amenities in the chalet include 5 bedrooms, each with full en-suite bathrooms, 4 of them with twin beds which can be pushed together to make king size doubles, and one with a standard double bed. Cosy living room with satellite TV (UK channels only), utility/bootroom (with washing/drying machine) and a newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen (with a table to seat 12) round off the chalet. Hot water and central heating is supplied from a communal wood-furnace, so there is no risk of the hot water running out when everyone rushes for the showers after a day on the pistes! Skis and snowboards can be stored safely and securely in the lockable cellar, and there is parking for 3 cars next to the chalet.
