Hi there, I am Nathania, I am here, as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, to help you discover and zoom in on specific areas of your life that need (want, or maybe even demand) some more attention.
What's important to you at this point in your life? What's holding you back? What's frustrating you? What behaviours or habits are standing in your way? What areas would you like to pay closer attention to? What's behind those cravings, binges, sleepless nights, emotional outbursts etc.?
The answer lies within each of us, within you. It takes courage to trust and listen to yourself. Developing a deeper understanding of yourself, honoring your body and slowly letting go of judgment towards yourself. Realising that the most important relationship you will ever be in, is with yourself!
It's a beautiful journey - a worthwile one too. As a Health Coach I will be guiding you through a 3-6 month program, tailord to your personal needs, goals and ideas. I am looking forward to it.
