Geschichte

Founded in 1882 and still owned by its founding family, Brillantmont has constantly evolved to provide a far-reaching, rigorous education, attuned to the personal development of each student. Around a hundred boarders and thirty day students, boys and girls alike aged between 12-18, follow a demanding curriculum that opens doors the world over.


Brillantmont is in the heart of residential Lausanne, easily reached by metro and bus and with a school bus service available for day students. Set in 13,000 sqm of parkland overlooking Lake Geneva with a breathtaking view of the Alps, it is within 5 minutes walk of the city centre.

Eight charming buildings house a contemporary learning environment with a full wireless campus and technologically equipped classrooms. At the heart of the campus lies a fantastic multipurpose hall,used for sports including basketball, volleyball, hockey, badminton, indoor football and gym. It also contains classrooms and a stage and arts performance area and is central to Brillantmont life. In the grounds, further sports facilities include two all weather multi-sports courts.
