In 1994, Heidi Barnes founded BARNES International Realty in London, primarily to service the exacting requirements of high net worth international and expatriate clients.

Due to the rapid success of Barnes London, a decision was made to expand into continental Europe by opening an additional office in Paris, France.

This was followed by further expansion in continental Europe and the Americas.

Around the same time, Thibault de Saint Vincent, who also developed a very successful transatlantic real estate company in mainland Europe and the Americas, merged his commercial interests with Barnes International Realty.

Both Heidi and Thibault shared a remarkable vision and identified that the demand for the world’s most exclusive luxury real estate was truly a part of the phenomenon of economic globalization.

In 2006, Richard Tzipine joined the board of Barnes International Realty as Chief Executive Officer in Paris, France. Richard's high-level experience and success in large-scale international media groups helped propel BARNES International Realty into the most successful real estate group in Paris, France.

Today, Barnes International Realty is a global luxury real estate service provider with an international network of more than 65 offices and 600 professionals throughout the Americas, continental Europe, the UK, Asia-Pacific, and the MENA region.
