The Bären Hotel Restaurant Gsteig has reopened under the watchful eye of Stephen Dedman and his team.
WE OPEN DECEMBER, in the small Swiss alpine village of Gsteig lays the Bären Hotel Restaurant. Recently taken on by Head Chef Patron Stephen Dedman and his wife Margo, the Bären will re-open for the 2015/16 winter season marking the beginning of the next chapter of it's story.
With Mathew and Irene in the kitchen, the Bären holds an impressive array of areas to chose from, whether you fancy a drink in the Bar, Raclette in the back or an à la carte meal in the Restaurant which holds a sizeable private dining room.
If that isn't exciting enough, we have 6 double rooms for guests, minutes from the foot of the Glacier 3000, giving you access to wonderful ski slopes to enjoy in the winter, and countless mountain paths to explore during the summer, whether it be on foot or two wheels.
