Übersetzt von Google Der Kundenservice ist nicht vorhanden und die App ist Müll. Als Schweizer kann ich nicht glauben, dass dieses Unternehmen Schweizer ist. Es wird höchstwahrscheinlich nicht in der Schweiz, sondern irgendwo in Russland geführt. Ich kann wegen dieser Papierkorb-App nicht auf mein Geld zugreifen und der Kundenservice antwortet nicht  Original Customer service is inexistant and the app is trash. As a Swiss person, I can't believe this company is Swiss, its very probably not run in Switzerland but somewhere in Russia. I can't access my money because of this trash app and the customer service isn't answering

Original customer service is nonexistent,  i am not able to withdraw any of my funds as the app isn’t functioning properly, i have contacted customer service on more than 10 occasions and got nowhere. I cannot believe a Swiss company is operating in this manner. As to date 02/01/2020 my issue is still unresolved and i cannot access my money.
